Limited Warranty
Rhinehart Development Corporation will warrant all of its products for 1 year against defective materials or workmanship.

Return Policy
Description of the defect should be provided to the home office for authorization of return or disposal. Transportation costs are to be paid by the customer, dealer, or distributor. When authorized, customers may return products within the warranty period and Rhinehart Development Corporation will; at its discretion, repair or replace these products.

All returns must be received in their original packaging with a copy of a mechanically produced receipt. Handwritten receipts will not be accepted. Rhinehart Development Corporation will not be responsible to repair or replace product unless it is deemed defective by an agent of this company.

What is not covered under this warranty

1. Damage resulting when the operation of this product varies from our operating instructions.
2. Malfunction or defect resulting from misuse, negligence, alteration or use with aftermarket accessories, Acts of God, failure to exercise reasonable care, or lack of performance of required maintenance.
3. Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product or any or all-CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

The above constitutes our SOLE warranty. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE AND THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REMEDIES. RHINEHART DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION reserves the right to change models and specifications at any time without notice or obligation to improve previous or existing models in use.
