We have automated and manual blasting equipment for product surface profile preparation. This equipment may also be used to remove unwanted coatings on products. We have the ability to use a variety of medias for blasting.
Pre-Treatment
Our state of the art zinc phosphate pre-treatment system offers our customers the best of all worlds by providing high quality cleaning and surface preparation. Our zinc phosphate is certified by the Department of Defense to TT-C-490, Type 1 and the best news is that not only do our military customers enjoy this fine service but also our commercial customers!
Other Pre-Treatment Options
If a customer requires chromate conversion of plating or some nature, we can still help. We have a network of qualified and certified plating houses that work closely with us to assist in meeting our customer's needs.
